A tasting of Brookland Valley wines is available at the table and the menu is most comprehensive and changes with the seasons.

There is always a wide selection of taste sensations featured on the menu. How about king prawn, squid and fire seared pimento rolled in souvlaki served with Greek yogurt dressing?

Or maybe you are partial to Harvey beef cutlet on roasted parsnip with herbed raisin butter and cabernet jus?

Then there's the recommended choice of Flutes manager and bon vivant extraordinaire Drew Bernhardt. He is rather fond of the smoked Salmon, Kervella goat's cheese and spinach dumplings in turmeric tempura on greens and a citrus glaze. Drew has no hesitation in recommending the Brookland Valley 1999 Sauvignon Blanc to complement his current favourite.
