The Margaret River Wine Region continues to attreact investment in property in many areas. Jill Turton from Stocker Preston Cowaramup comments that properties are still available for prices ranging from $4,000 per acre to more than $12,000 an acre depending upon location and quality.

Premium viticulture country is on the market in the Jindong area for anywhere from about $8,500 per acre to $13,000 per acre with land in Willyabrup ranging from about $8,000/ac to $12,000 plus per acre. Don't overlook those outlying areas … Take a drive along Rosa Glen Road and view the vineyard development there!

Land in areas where location is not so premium but still within the Margaret River Wine Growing Region, can be found at between about $4,000 per acre to $9,000 per acre with 40% to 60% of suitable soils and water suitable to plant. Notable sales include more
