| Devil's Lair 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon | ||
| Here is a wine perfectly integrated from beginning to end. The red currant scents of blend with herbs into a deep richness that follows through on the palate. ThereÕs a robe of cassis fruit over precisely drawn tannins, giving a smooth density of fruit within a silky texture. The finish is complex without being weighty. | ||

| Another ripper from winemaker Clive Otto. It is a rich, generous wine with a nicely balanced oak bouquet. Dense dark berry flavours and spicy fruit on the palate are nicely integrated with vanillin oak. It is a powerful, silky, concentrated wine with a fine lingering finish. | ||
| Leeuwin Estate Arts Series Cabernet Sauvignon 1993 | ||
| Brilliant pellucid deep red colour. The bouquet is classic smoky oak over rich fruit. The palate follows through with masses of restrained sweet fruit and soft oak traces. A slight astringency should diminish with age, while the addition of small amounts of merlot, malbec and petit verdot will develop nicely. | ||
