Tasting Notes :
A powerful and complex aroma with nuances of limes, mineral, and lemon grass fruit aromas intermingled with nutmeg and cashew flavoured oak.
Although the wine is 100% barrel fermented in new oak, the wine wears its oak sleeve, with powerful Semillon fruit coming to the fore. The palate is crisp and tingly with lemon sherbet and green apple flavours. The oak is well hidden, giving the palate a long dry finish.
