Tasting Notes :
Colour: bright straw gold.
Nose: concentrated grapefruit, white peach and melon characters with a hint of almonds.
Palate: grapefruit, melon and white peach follow through on the palate where it is well balanced with almond and hazelnut flavours to culminate in a long persistent and toasty finish.
Assessment: made from 100% Margaret River Chardonnay grapes, barrel fermented and matured in small French oak casks for 11 months which contributes to the creamy richness and texture. Powerful yet refined.
Benefits from 2 years bottle age and will reach its potential within 8 -10 years. |
