Tasting Notes :
Nose: Spicy berry pie with a vanilla crust topped with ripe plums and a suggestion of mint introduce this blend.
Palate: rich lush berry fruits combined with flavours of cherries, dark chocolate and liquorice, backed with notes of roasted coffee and vanillin oak. Smooth texture and succulent finish with fine grained tannins.
Joy to drink now but with cellaring potential of at least 8 years. |
