2004 GOUNDREY
RESERVE RIESLING
With Mt Barker region sourced fruit, this elegant wine shows colour ranging from pale green tinges through to light straw.
On the nose, fresh floral and intense lime peel aromas flow through to a palate of crisp, cleansing acidity with grapefruit and those great lime juice flavours.
Cellar 5-15 years.

2001 HOUGHTON FRANKLAND RIVER - SHIRAZ
Deep velvety red colour, this offering from Western Australia’s most awarded winery exhibits fresh black cherry and blackberry characters with cracked black pepper and spicy oak from 18 months in French barriques.
Full-bodied sweet fruit with big, yet finely grained tannins.
A big, flavoursome cool climate wine.

2005 LENTON BRAE
SAUVIGNON BLANC
From the superb 2005 vintage, this wine displays pungent Sauvignon Blanc aromatics of gooseberry and passionfruit.
The palate echoes these flavours and offers a full, generous mouthfeel, laced with natural acidity.
Sauvignon Blancs are typically most vibrant within the first 12 months of bottling.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON
An outstanding Margaret River wine.

2005 ASHBROOK ESTATE
VERDELHO
A powerful aroma often described as like passionfruit or tropical fruit. These characteristics continue on to a flavoursome palate, which finishes with a clean crisp acidity.
The wine’s spiciness and flavour makes it a perfect accompaniment to a wide range of food styles including oriental dishes. Dry and unwooded.

2003 MILLBROOK
SHIRAZ
From the Perth Hills region, east of Perth, this wine is full-bodied, dry,with soft fleshy tannins that lead to a long firm finish.
A wonderful mix of sweet fruit, including plum and blueberry , with a chocolate overlay that dominates the midpalate and gives the wine power and concentrated flavour.
Cellar for 10-15 years.

2003 WISE
RESERVE CHARDONNAY
From the Pemberton region, this wine is golden straw in colour with inviting aromas of stone fruits and custard apples.
Seductive layers of nectarine, pear and crème Brule are seen on the palate.
The wine has silky texture and a depth of flavour that progresses to a lingering crisp acid finish.
Cellar 5-10 years.

2003 PALANDRI
CABERNET MERLOT
The best of both varieties.
On the nose, minty Cabernet characters with chocolate malt undertones that marries with the sweet dark berry aromas of the Merlot.
The result is a wine showing great depth of flavour balance, with creamy oak hints of green pepper and fine grained grippy tannins.

SEMILLON SAUVIGNON BLANC
A classic Margaret River dry white wine blend that exhibits a mouthful of fresh gooseberry and melon flavours, with tropical fruit overtones filling the palate.

2002 FROG CHOIR
CABERNET SHIRAZ
This delightful wine is redolent in strawberry and cassis aromas, which blend with delicate cedar and vanilla oak elements.
The gentle ageing process in French oak has enhanced the texture with the superb fruit integrating seamlessly with the fine grained tannins.

2005 MOSS BROS
SEMILLON
Pale straw colour with green highlights. A bouquet of citrus fruit, lemon and lime with gooseberry and subtle grassy herbaceousness.
The palate is packed with gooseberry and lemon tang, and has excellent palate length.

BALDIVIS MERLOT
The key ingredients here are fullness and richness of flavour, combined with a satin smooth finish.
