Subtle French oak maturation enhances its complexity and texture.

The wine has the necessary structure to gain complexity for six years.

2004 FLYING FISH
CABERNET MERLOT

Deep red, with purple hues.

The attractive bouquet offers vibrant berry fruits and plums, rich and full-bodied with soft tannins, excellent texture and length on the palate.

Mulberry and cassis fruit dominate the flavour profile, with some minor influence of toasty vanillin oak leaving it soft and well structured.

Gold medal.

2005 CASAS
CHARDONNAY

Excellent season for flavour development, with dry and mild weather leading to vintage in early March that produced the finest fruit Casas has seen.

The Chardonnay was aged in small new French oak barrels for six months to create a complex wine, with subtle oak characteristics and vivacious fruit showing through.

Silver medal.

2002 ROSABROOK
RESERVE SLAUGHTERHOUSE
CABERNET MERLOT

The bouquet shows attractive liquorice, vanilla and small dark berry characters, which extend to the palate.

Along with the intensity of fruit is an elegance and refinement often seen in great Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon, which makes up 60% of this wine.

A complex and satisfying wine that will reward extended cellaring.
