2005 WINDANCE
SHIRAZ
Deep ruby colour. Intense aromas of ripe plums, cedar and dark chocolate tempt the nose.
A palate of morello cherries and mulberries, supported by fine toasted French oak with assertive tannins create a long lingering finish.
Smooth and full flavoured with perfect balance.
Cellar 5-7 years.

2007 SITTELLA
MARGARET RIVER SEMILLON
Displays green bean and herbaceous aromas.
Citrus fruit flavours dominate the palate and a small proportion of oak maturation increases the complexity.
The finish is crisp and dry.
This wine will develop further complexity over time.

2005 PALANDRI
MERLOT
A deep, rich colour with brick red hues.
The bouquet displays lifted plum and mulberry fruit with lovely star anise spice.
These fruit and spice characters continue on the palate with integrated oak flavours culminating in a wine with lovely length and a smooth finish.
Enjoy now or cellared 2-3 years.

2007 FERNGROVE
COSSACK RIESLING
Pale straw colour.
The bouquet displays varietal characters of lime and tangerine complemented by distinctive mineral and floral hints leading to a palate of intense fresh citrus fruits with a mineral edge followed by a crisp, satisfying, finish.
Cellar up to 10 years.

2004 HOUGHTON CROFTERS
CABERNET MERLOT
Deep ruby colour, with a touch of purple. Lifted red currant on the bouquet with a hint of wild strawberry and briary characters, supported by fine French oak.
The palate shows soft, round flavours and fine tannins with lots of cigar box, olive and red berry characters.
Fruit from Great Southern and Margaret River regions.

2007 WINE BY BRAD
MANTRA SAUVIGNON BLANC
Made from 10 year old vines grown in sandy loam over ironstone in the far north of the Margaret River region.
A clean fresh wine exhibiting hypnotic tropical pungent vibrancy.
Winemaker Brad Wehr says its really quite simple: “with a gurgle and a splash, the worries of the day are swept away.
Best chilled, with a soft summer breeze and a seafood BBQ. |
2006 BROOKLAND VALLEY
VERSE-1 SHIRAZ
Deep red with purple hues, this wine displays wonderful black cherry, blackberry and pomegranate fruit aromas intertwined with exotic spice and white chocolate flavours on the bouquet.
Juicy, fruit driven palate that lingers against a soft acid and refined tannin backbone.
Will develop in the bottle for up to 5 years. |
2005 EVANS & TATE
WILDBERRY SPRINGS CHARDONNAY
Pale to mid straw colour.
Lemon citrus, fresh nectarine and white peach nose, with subtle spicy oak and a hint of savoury characters from barrel fermentation (50% new French oak and 50% one-year old French oak for 10-12 months) with light solids.
The integration and length of this wine are highlights. Richly flavoured cashew and shortbread, with a subtle mid palate creaminess.

2004 THE GROWERS
LIMITED RELEASE REWARD MERLOT.
Deep ruby red colour.
Complex bouquet of red berries, plums, dark cherries, forest soil and some elegant notes of vanilla and cocoa/chocolate.
A rich, round palate exhibiting the full flavours of 100% fully ripe merlot grapes with the rich smoothness of new French oak.
Fine tannins assist to provide for a long finish and good aging potential.

2006 CHALICE BRIDGE
CHARDONNAY
Pale golden straw colour, with light almond hues.
Creamy banana and egg whites envelope the nose infused with apricot and butter.
Creamy apricot and rock melon palate, with some nicely weighted honey to finish. Lees stirred in French oak for 6 months.
The well balanced acidity adds another level to this complete Chardonnay.
Drink fresh, or cellar 3-5 years.

2005 GOUNDRY
G SHIRAZ VIOGNIER
Deep garnet red colour with purple hue, this wine displays hints of apricot and almond kernel on the nose, coupled with exciting and intense aromas of blackberry spice.
Round, juicy palate with characters of raspberry, blackberry and spicy black pepper.
Secondary flavours of apricot and almond kernel, which linger and complimented by fine, velvety tannins.
The inaugural red in the Goundrey G range.

2007 GOUNDRY G
SAUVIGNON BLANC SEMILLON
Bright and luscious pale green colour.
Nuances of tropical blackcurrant, passionfruit and gooseberry on the nose, with hints of freshly squeezed lime.
The palate brings together the blackcurrant and passionfruit of the bouquet, and combines them with crunchy herbaceous notes of lantana and lime sherbet.
The wine has a tight, crisp acid structure, complemented by a textured and layered mouthfeel, and refreshing finish. |
