Tasting Notes:

Pale straw with green hues, this wine displays light herbaceous aromas, reminiscent of freshly mown hay, along with hints of passionfruit, lemon and a touch of fresh tobacco. The palate is soft and fine, yet mouth filling. This is a wine that displays great balance of flavour, softness, crisp acid backbone and a long, persistent finish.

WINEMAKER?S NOTES

The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night and handled quickly on arrival at the winery; little skin contact was given as the fruit was in such good condition with excellent flavour.
