Merops Shiraz 2008

Colour: Moderately deep dark crimson red with red hues.

Nose: Aromas of blackberries and blueberries, spice, roast pan juices, and dusty cedarwood.

Palate: The palate shows strong pencilly cedar wood flavours framing the juicy blueberries, meaty cloves and in the savoury style with a long saucy finish.

Cellar : Will continue to improve with cellaring up to 10 years.
