Pale straw with a fine bead. Fragrant nose exhibiting grapefruit, granny smith apple, nashi pear and custard apple. Also complex, there lies layers of nougat, brioche, lightly toasted hazelnuts and almond meal. Elegant refinement follows a very tight and focused palate defined by immediate lemon flesh and subtle lime, which leads to a delicately textured mid palate. A good creamy mousse, delicate texture on mid palate complimented with almonds and cinnamon. The finish is balanced with lovely floral tones, a hint of toasty yeast and soft acid finish.

Classic pale golden straw with a hint of salmon. The bubbles are lively in the glass creating a fine mousse as they rise quickly to the surface. Subtle grapefruit, lime and fresh strawberries sit as high notes over a delicious base of peaches and cream, followed with secondary aromas of crushed biscuit, toasted bread and hints of field mushrooms. A creamy and tight mousse of intense bubbles invigorates the mouth while delicate honeydew melon, lemon meringue and toast flavours excite the taste buds. A tight citrus acidity leads to a long dry finish.

The golden straw colour signals the presence of toasty, developed aromas that are backed by dried fig and apricot fruit characters and nuances of freshly baked bread.
