A benchmark Chardonnay, bursting with fragrant pineapple and lemon freshness. the nose gently releases its cache of wild barrel ferment characters. Intricate, luscious and mouth-watering, pineapple, custard apple and water chestnut, lightly spiced with cloves, vanillan oak and almond biscuit flavours. Ends with juicy fruit and evolves to a tight acid drying finish, with pristine and complex flavours for remarkable length. Problem, you will want more!

Aromas and flavours of quince, lemon curd and white peach. Textured palate with subtle French oak, fresh acidity results in long and elegant finish the flinty structure and crisp, full finish with great length. Will allow aging. 5-7 years.

Wonderful combination of fruit flavours and structure associated with the cooler southern Margaret River Chardonnays. Dried pear, grapefruit, melon and fig are supported by subtle French oak. The palate is textured and savoury, a result of wild ferment, solids and lees stirring.

Elegant, fragrant notes of a Granny Smith apple, white peach and pineapple with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice over the top. Some complex lemon butter and a hint of vanillin oak punctuate the nose. Lovely tight acid structure drives the length with some lemon barley flavours lingering. Will age well 3-5 years.
